Deposits, Private Sessions & Weekend Workshops
Instructions
To make a deposit to reserve your seat for a current or future weekend workshop or private in-person session with Dr Roberts, use the form below. This form may also be used to make the full payment.
Other than your deposit, please do not submit the full payment until the following two forms have been completely filled out, submitted and approved by one of our practicioners. The two forms are:
1. Eagle's Eye "Workshop Reservation and Registration" form (required for registration approval). click here to complete online. (You may also download this form, print it out and complete it manually) and then mail an original signed version via postal mail to the address listed below.
2. After we have received the registration form from step 1, you will get a call from one of our practitioners to to screen your reservation request. Once your reservation is approved you will receive an acceptance email from us for the seminar you choose. Then please fill out the Informed Consent Agreement. This form can be filled out online here. You can also download and print Informed Consent Agreement and then you may mail an original signed version via postal mail to the following address:

Payment in full for weekend workshops are due at least 15 days prior to the start of the workshop. You will be invoiced 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. If you wish, you may include a check for the full amount of the registration fee (less any deposits paid in advance) with the properly completed hard-copy version of the Informed Consent Agreement when you mail it to us or pay the registration fee online as described below. Checks should be made out to Best Medicine, Inc. (Groking Wholeness is an agent for Best Medicine, Inc.)
You may also pay online (see below) to make your payment. Other than the $100 deposit to reserve a seat at a workshop, please do not submit the complete payment until you have completed step 2 above. You may either send and include a check for the balance with the Informed Consent Agreement. If we have not received the balance due after we have received the Informed Consent Agreement, you will be invoiced via email for any due balance for the workshop fee, about 4 weeks prior to the start date for the workshop. Please add both of our contact email mailbox address (info@grokingwholeness.info) to your email account address book so our emails do not wind up in your spam folder.
Please note that you will not be able to attend this workshop if we do not have both forms and full payment on file at least two weeks prior to the start of the actual workshop. After payment, you will receive a receipt (via email) confirming your reservation along with additional details for the workshop.
Online Payments:
For payment online (including the deposit required to reserve a seat for a workshop), please complete the Payment form below as instructed. Separate forms are required for each workshop - old registration forms and informed consent forms, etc., from previous workshops will not be considered. We accept online payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds
Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund up to two full weeks (15 days) prior to the start of the seminar. After that date, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations or refunds, please email or call us directly. If you have paid the deposit fee and your reservation request was not approved, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Affidavit
On the day of the start of the workshop you may be asked to sign a one-page affidavit affirming that you have read, understood and have had the opportunity to ask questions about the content of both the Registration and Reservation form as well as the Informed Consent Agreement.
