Eagle's Eye Payments
Deposits and Payments Instructions
for both Private Sessions & Public or Private Workshops

To make a deposit to reserve your seat for any public or private workshop or private in-person session with Dr Roberts, use the form referenced below. It can also be used to pay any remaining balance after the workshop deposit has been submitted. Finally, this form can also be used to make any miscellaneous payments related to specific workshops. (For donations please use the "Donate" page under the menu item "About Us" on the top of every web page.)

 

Other than your workshop deposit of $100 to reserve your seat or for miscellaneous payments, please do not submit the full workshop outstanding balance until the following two forms have been completely filled out, submitted and approved by one of our practitioners. These two forms are:

1. Eagle's Eye "Workshop Reservation and Registration" form (required for registration approval). click here to complete your reservation online if you have not already done so. You may also download this form, print it out and complete it manually and then mail an original signed version via postal mail to the address listed below.

2. After we have received the registration form from step 1, you will get a call from one of our practitioners to finalize your reservation request. Once your reservation is approved you will receive an acceptance email from us for the seminar you enrolled in. Then, and only then, please fill out the Informed Consent Agreement online and submit it directly to us (online preferred) along with the remaining outstanding balance for the workshop. You can also download and print the agreement and then you may mail an original signed version via postal mail to the following address:

Payment in full for workshops are due at least 15 days prior to the start of the workshop. You will be invoiced 30 days prior to the start of the workshop for any outstanding balance. You can pay all fees outstanding online (the preferred method) or, if you wish, you may use postal mail by including a check for the full amount of the registration fee (less any deposits paid in advance) along with the completed hard-copy version of the Informed Consent Agreement when you mail it to us. Checks should be made out to Best Medicine, Inc. For online payments please see the instructions below to make your payment.

Please note that you will not be able to attend this workshop if we do not have both forms and full payment on file at least two weeks prior to the start of the actual workshop. After payment, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment and then another email a few days later with additional details about the workshop. Please add our contact email mailbox address (eagleseye@grokingwholeness.info) to your email account address book so our emails do not wind up in your spam folder.

Online Payments:

​

For all online online payments (including the deposit required to reserve a seat for a workshop or for miscellaneous payments), please complete the Payment form referenced below as instructed. Separate forms are required for each workshop - old registration forms and informed consent forms, etc., from previous workshops will not be considered. We accept online payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds

​

Workshop reservations may be cancelled with a full refund up to two full weeks (15 days) prior to the start of the workshop. After that date, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. For workshop or private session cancellations or refunds, please email or call us as soon as possible so we can refill any seats vacated from the waiting list for that workshop.

 

If you have paid the deposit fee and your reservation request was not approved, your deposit will be automatically refunded in full.
