Wholeness
We evolved in a planetary ecosystem. A system where all the parts operate synergistically as a holistic self-healing and self-evolving system. Everything existed in harmony and balance, nothing was wasted, everything was recycled and reused and all interactions were necessary for the whole to function properly. The same is true for the bodies and minds of all living creatures that inhabited the ecosystem.

"Joy is a return to the deep harmony of body, mind, and spirit that was yours at birth and that can be yours again. That openness to love, that capacity for wholeness with the world around you, is still within you."
- Deepak Chopra
The Three Step Process To Wholeness
Some people say we are here for a reason, but no one can tell us what that might be. If we think we know, our internal self-dialogue may direct us over many decades in the wrong direction. Whether we are here for a reason or not, we all may be subjected to poor or even bad habits and beliefs learned through life-time of subtle and sometimes not so subtle conditioning. Most of it occurs when we are very young and in our formative years through the authority figures in our lives at that time, be they parent, sibling, relative, clergy and the like. And, this conditioning can lead to chronic physical pain, or emotional distress or worse later in life whether we realize it or not.
Pain and suffering can also be caused by environmental factors, so we must be aware of those external factors as well. Once we are aware that we are suffering, whether physically, mentally or spiritually, and regardless of whether they are caused by internal or external factors, there is no better time than the present for a course correction. Of course, it also helps to have the information and tools to accomplish any corrections. Helping you or a loved one on the journey to wholeness is the purpose of our website.
Every day can be the beginning of a course correction to reduce suffering. All redirection starts with a three step process:

FIRST, change starts with an awareness of our discomfort. It shines the spotlight on our wounded parts and it always comes before conscious change can occur, so if you haven’t experienced this type of change before, be prepared to discover habits, and other things about yourself that you may not like. It may also lead you to consider external factors as well. Either way, under that spotlight of awareness, you will find that it’s harder to support, defend or justify these factors, no matter how long they may have been affecting you. And, with that spotlight, it's also much easier to make a plan to change.
SECOND, willingness or motivation is required to pull you out of your unwanted conditioning or lower or uncomfortable emotional states and give you the resolve to do the work.
THIRD, it is extremely helpful to have a support system of like minded people in your orbit who are also on a path of conscious change. They will encourage you and help you, while there may be those who try to keep you as you have always been. If you don’t have supportive friends yet, go find some. Build a community of people with open minds and supportive hearts. Also refer to this website often and check our our affiliated social media platforms - you never know in advance where help and support will come from.
NEVER GIVE UP. If you really want to change do at least one positive thing every day to further your evolution. Slow and steady wins the race. You don’t turn the Queen Mary around in a minute.
Good luck on your journey of wholeness!
The practice described below is called "The Way of Wholeness" model has been adapted from the work of the owner and clinical practitioner of "A Center for Wellness" in Pinellas County, FL . He spent over 45 years in the profession in a clinical setting dealing with a variety of clients:

-
From a maximum security prison who were adjudicated Incompetent to Stand Trial by Reason of Insanity, or Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity
-
From work as a multidisciplinary consultant to the court, law enforcement, and child protection agencies related to investigations of child abuse and neglect
-
From conducting groups of clients arrested for domestic violence and other violent crimes

From these experiences he eventually developed his own model called Roots and Wings: Way of Wholeness. The model was adapted from parenting groups which he conducted over many years while working in the field of child protection entitled Roots and Wings: The Balance of Healthy Parenting. He updated the integral model to work for this new population.
The Way to Wholeness Model
Way of Wholeness model is based on the mantra Health Whole Holy Home. The model itself was is largely based on the Taoist principles of wholeness and balance. Clients are informed on how to embrace both their yin and yang energies and personality traits. They are taught skills such as mindfulness practice, when and how to take a time out, reciting mantra, processing emotions, and conscious breath. This model is, in essence, a health-related model.
It is important to understand in this brief introduction that the word holy is not meant to be confused with words like religious or even spiritual although these two words and concepts certainly have merit. The preferred intrepretation is sacred.
Group practice with this model emphasizes that we – all of us – are deeply connected not only with each other, in terms of equality and social justice, but with Nature and with Source (or consciousness or God or love or whatever word comes naturally for each individual). The mantra invites us into the heart field of connection. A vast majority of clients will have never heard of this concept and will have never considered their oneness with their intimate partners. Though many will start the group experience being doubtful, distant and confused by any new approach, many will voice some level of understanding and appreciation by the time of their time of graduation.
We tell clients in the group that the facilitators real profession is a farming. the facilitator plants seeds. It’s up to the clients to nurture the seeds to grow into the fruits of enlightenment. And we invite you now to truly surrender to the wisdom and beauty of the mantra:

Health Whole Holy Home.
Health Whole Holy Home.
Health Whole Holy Home.

Stay tuned, more detailed writings on the mantra will be coming in the near future.
